How it works:

'BudgetLink - Account Budgets' provides you with functions to paste into your budget worksheet cells. These functions calculate and return monthly actual values. The actual values are MYOB General Ledger Account Activity values for a selected Account Number, Year and Month. The functions calculate and return values when you open or recalculate your worksheet.
